BALEARICA: The Birthday Edition by The Project Club
The AOR Disco blog was first inspired by two mixes: My Girlfriend's Dad Wanted a Mixtape by Steve Lee of The Project Club; and Ibiza 1976ish Mix by Graeme Fisher of The Extended Mix. Lee and Fisher's club night Balearica has just celebrated its first birthday at London Fields and to mark the occasion The Project Club has recorded this mix of "all vinyl, all new" tracks, which includes a great edit of AOR Disco favourite "This Is It" by Kenny Loggins. The Project Club will be releasing their next single "El Mar Y La Luna" in February with remixes from Lovefingers and Shrinkwrap on Is It Balearic? Recordings.
