Sunrise is the latest mix by Psychemagik in their series for Test Pressing and it features a range of excellent soft rock tracks, many of which will be unfamiliar to even the most learned beard-stroker.  Country Comfort, Howard Wales, Junip, Rob Mehl, and Alex Oriental Experience anyone? A couple of forgotten tracks by vaguely well-known acts such as The James Gang appear too - as does  this unexpectedly dynamic song from smooth groover Michael Franks, which brings to mind The Who's Pinball Wizard crossed with I Came To Dance era Nils Lofgren.
