Bless The Rains (LNTG Epic Journey) - Late Nite Tuff Guy

Of all the songs in Toto's back catalogue of glory, 'Africa' has to be the most heavily played (with 'Georgie Porgie' running a close second) and recent interpretations by Rune Linbaek and Andrew Clarke seemed to have taken this track as far as it could go. Yet here's the Epic Journey remix by Australia's Late Nite Tuff Guy and, although it's less radical than the Linbaek and Clarke versions, it's actually our favourite one so far. Without ever trying too hard, it gives this old standard a big lift whilst retaining the spirit of the original.  The download is currently unavailable but Toto's 1982 version can be bought here.
