How Long (Tensnake Rework) - Sugardaddy

This remix of a cover version of Ace's 1974 hit How Long will be released in a few weeks time but a preview has been made available to promote the latest volume of Late Night Tales. Compiled by Tom Finlay of Groove Armada and Sugardaddy this album features AOR/yacht rock/blue-eyed soul classics by Ambrosia, Bread, The Doobie Brothers, Player, Gerry Rafferty, Toto, and many others - and features the exclusive Sugardaddy cover of 'How Long'. You can hear Finlay talk - in a strangely apologetic way - about the album here. As for Ace, they split up in 1977 after a follow-up hit proved to be elusive. However the singer Paul Carrack (second on the right) did go on to find success with Squeeze and Mike and the Mechanics.

'Music For pleasure' is one of the best (mix) albums of 2012! Nice remix as well.
